Salvatore Gottuso started with a small delivery service and then opened his pizzeria Ai Quattro Canti on February 19, 2014.
Despite initial hurdles, his restaurant has become the favorite Italian restaurant of many locals thanks to his genuine passion for cooking.
To this day it is loved and supported by its loyal regulars.
